Responsibilities
- Earnest empowers ambitious professionals to make confident financial decisions and build the life they envision.
- Own financial strategy and partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Risk to drive business outcomes and performance
- Lead end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for high-impact initiatives
- Build and refine driver-based models to evaluate ROI, pricing, profitability, and growth strategies
- Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations to influence strategic direction

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to broader strategy
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership
- MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Hyperion)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Experience driving process automation and scaling analytics capabilities
Compensation

- We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location.
- The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget.
- $134,000 - $168,000 USD. Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
