About the role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team.
  • Note this role is an "in the office" role based in our offices in Chambersburg, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a log of plant start-up forms in the Marketing Teams Channel.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop the social media calendar and post content regularly across platforms.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of essential materials.
  • Be part of a team that manages both marketing strategy and critical operational support for the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working experience in Marketing, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college coursework preferred.

Skills

  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Familiarity with chemical or industrial product documentation is a plus.
