- Responding to individual guest needs as they occur.
- Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner upon arrival and seat them at their table while you provide them with a menu and general information about the restaurant and server.
- Check-in guests to ensure satisfaction with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages is up to their expectations and thank the guests as they depart and invite them to return at a future date.
- Offer amenities to guests while they dine.
- Including but not limited to, activity sheets with crayons, lamps, reading glasses, water service, and/or pashminas.
- Ensuring chits and distributed to the appropriate server/bartender or sushi counter.
- Maintaining the host stand and lobby area.
- Whipping down and returning all electronics to the office for charging.
