About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead field crews performing casing installations, bore pit excavation, trenching, utility crossings, and related underground construction activities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule delays, operational issues, or safety concerns
- Support project mobilization and demobilization activities, including logistics planning and resource coordination with Operations team and other Management to ensure benchmarks for progress are being met
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly in the field, exposed to outside weather conditions and may be required to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Manage and attend weekly or monthly reports or update calls (where required) to ensure everyone on the team is aware of any issues or otherwise progress
- Complete written forms and reports, including FRA reports, as required
Compensation
- $10k-$15k
