About the role
- Assist in training junior staff and reviewing their work.
- Proficient understanding of MEP systems, architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
Requirements
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- EIT with ability to apply for P.Eng
- Prepare the required reports for submission to clients, authority having jurisdiction, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external design team members as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in energy audits and programming tools is a plus

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $75,000-85,000 annually for this position and local market.
- Perform annual building energy and parametric simulation for various building types across multiple software platforms (e.g., eQuest, IESVE, EnergyPlus).
