About the role

  • The Recruiter is responsible for planning, developing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates across Clínica Romero.
  • This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating the selection process, and supporting successful onboarding of new employees.
  • The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection coordination, offer support, and maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, professional associations, universities, residency programs, networking, employee referrals, social media, community outreach, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and mission-critical provider positions, ensuring ATS records are up-to-date and organized.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support with offer letter preparations, as needed.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Clínica Romero at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to think abstractly and analytically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals or knowledge of provider roles is highly prefered but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced community health center environment serving diverse communities.
  • ADP preferred.
  • Provide prioritization, attention to detail and organization skills, must enjoy interacting with others and working in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible, ensure accuracy, and meet changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-workload environment.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking and human resource information systems
