About the role

This role plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining all health, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced stadium environment.
Prepare and cook food items according to Legends' recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
Ensure all food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items to consistently deliver high-quality taste, presentation, and service.
Follow proper procedures for food rotation, labeling, and dating to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
Support other kitchen team members as necessary to maintain smooth operations.

Minimum 6 months of food preparation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.
Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.

use hands to finger, and handle controls.
