Responsibilities

  • Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systems
  • Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • We're hiring a Renewal Support Specialist to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center.

Requirements

  • 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).

Compensation

  • 15 hours of paid time annually for community service.
