About the role
- Join the Bosch North America UX team as a UX Research Intern!
Responsibilities
- Support User Research: Assist in designing and planning qualitative and quantitative user research, help synthesize findings, and participate in turning insights into impactful design recommendations.
- Inclusive Design Advocacy: Learn about and advocate for inclusive design, digital accessibility, and cross-cultural user research within project teams.
- Workshop Preparation: Help prepare design thinking and UX ideation workshops for various business divisions.
- You'll gain hands-on experience applying user-centered design methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping drive UX excellence across the organization.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.
Nice to have
- Strong communication skills and basic business acumen.
- Bosch Experience: Previous internship, co-op, or working student experience within the Bosch Group is highly preferred.
