Responsibilities
- Maintain front desk organization, including keys, logs, and guest information
- Maintain detailed logs and ensure thorough communication with the morning team
- Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times
- Manage and respond to any overnight emergencies

Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take full accountability during overnight hours
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- As Overnight Agent, you are entrusted with full responsibility for the resort during overnight operations.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or similar hospitality role preferred
- Working knowledge of Opera or similar property management systems preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
