About the role

  • The position reports to the Vice President for Athletics and Recreation.
  • The Inaugural Head Women's Flag Football Coach is responsible for the overall administration, organization, and leadership of the NCAA Division I Women's Flag Football program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities

  • Develop student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally.

Compensation

  • $50,000 to $65,000
