About the role
- The position reports to the Vice President for Athletics and Recreation.
- The Inaugural Head Women's Flag Football Coach is responsible for the overall administration, organization, and leadership of the NCAA Division I Women's Flag Football program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Responsibilities
- Develop student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally.
- Monitor academic progress and coordinate support services when
- Manage program budgets and equipment inventories.
- Supervise assistant coaches, graduate assistants, and support staff.
- Perform administrative duties related to the operation of the program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics and

Compensation
- $50,000 to $65,000
