About the role
- Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team.
- You'll play an important leadership role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Serve as a clinical leader by modeling professionalism, collaboration, and CFCI's leadership expectations
Responsibilities
- Deliver services using the tiered service delivery model and other evidence-based clinical practices.
- Provide individualized parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and treatment success.
- Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, families, schools, and other interdisciplinary providers to coordinate high-quality client care
Requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain as required)
- Successful completion of required background screenings
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, kneeling, squatting, actively moving during sessions and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Maintain proficiency in the organization's behavior management and clinical documentation systems.
Skills
- Train, coach, and mentor RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) and CFCI's clinical training model
Compensation
- Salary is offered for 90 days based on $52,000- $71,994 annually while you build your caseload
- Maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week to remain eligible for salaried compensation
- Paid holidays (7 per year, including your birthday)
