About the role

Individuals in the facility are short-term residents.
This position requires professionalism, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and observant in a fast-paced operational environment.

We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
Conduct routine safety checks of assigned areas and document findings.
Maintain awareness of movement and activity within assigned zones.
Support a safe and respectful environment through presence and awareness.
Facility Safety & Environment Support Monitor assigned areas for safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
Support basic facility readiness and safety standards.

Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly to operational incidents and emergencies.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to sit for extended periods while completing documentation and reports.

Experience working with diverse populations.
Experience in residential facilities, shelters, family services programs, detention settings, or other 24-hour operations.
If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.
Experience working on government contracts or within federally regulated environments

This role works in coordination with facility leadership, security personnel, behavioral health staff, medical staff, and other team members to support safe daily operations in a 24/7 residential environment.
