This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Walnut Creek, CA; Oakland, CA; San Jose, CA office.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will: Oversee day-to-day management of multi-disciplinary project teams with a focus on project delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.

Lead large, complex, or high-risk projects with multiple integrated services, and ensure those projects are executed to meet project, client, and regulatory objectives.
Hold primary responsibility for all aspects of the project life cycle including cost estimating and proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, project planning, execution, document preparation and review, and financial management.
Regularly and effectively communicate with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Regularly direct, coach, and support staff to ensure high-quality project execution, focusing on developing team skills for professional growth and delivering comprehensive technical reports and deliverables.
Plan and manage site characterization programs and coordinate field investigations.
Lead project teams with the technical evaluation and interpretation of site characterization and geologic data, develop conceptual site models, and work with other multidisciplinary team members to assess the impact to project goals.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology or related field.
15-20+ years of related local Bay Area consulting experience including direct project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work on interdisciplinary project teams.

Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science or related field.
Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
5+ years of project management and financial management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates.
The salary range for this position in Walnut Creek, CA; Oakland, CA; and San Jose, CA is $150,000 - $185,000 annually.
