Responsibilities
- Manage and execute workplace service requests across all sites, including seating changes, room needs, signage, cleaning, temperature, and supply requests
- Track request progress, communicate status clearly, and drive timely resolution
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks or small projects simultaneously
- Comfort performing hands‑on workplace and office management activities
- Ability to work effectively in environments with competing priorities and incomplete information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace systems
- Some minimal travel may be required
Nice to have
- Background in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, or Workplace Operations
- Exposure to workplace program development or process documentation
- Experience working in a fast‑growing or multi‑site organization
Compensation
- Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $70,000 - $80,000.
- However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
- Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
