Responsibilities

  • Support department profitability through accurate financial processing.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Complete required compliance checks and documentation.
  • Attend training classes when required.
  • Complete mandatory training when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience.
  • Understanding of customs clearance and import processes.
  • Experience working with shipment management systems.
  • IATA or industry-related training is a plus.
