About the role

  • You will also identify and scale growth opportunities through partnerships, licensing, and adjacent product ecosystems aligned with enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product planning activities, including omni-channel strategy, new product introduction, pricing, competitive benchmarking, and product retail support materials.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and enterprise objectives.
  • Build and align integrated product plans across the enterprise, leveraging OEM brands and resources.
  • Drive long-range product planning and ensure alignment through integrated planning processes, including product development and lifecycle workflows.
  • Identify and support growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, licensing, and external product ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and supplier partners to ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, product development, or a related field.
  • Ability to work with financial metrics and contribute to revenue, profitability, and portfolio performance analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences, including leadership, dealers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and working across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Travel may be required, primarily within the United States and Canada.
  • To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative market research tools and building business cases.
  • Experience working with external partners, suppliers, or licensing models preferred.

  • The starting pay range for Minnesota is $76,000 to $101,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
