Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute work plans, deliverables and project reports/updates.
  • Collaborate with management to set project/operational priorities, resources and risks.
  • Manage project execution including milestones, documentation, schedules, roles, responsibilities and progress.
  • Develop tools and processes to support projects and division operations.
  • Coordinate and perform data collection (e.g., databases, surveys).
  • Identify opportunities for data reporting and collaborate to facilitate data requests.
  • Manage communications and relationships with project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least two (2) years relevant project coordination / management experience Required
  • Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree Preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic medical record software (EPIC)

Compensation

  • $69,200.00 - $88,200.00 Annually
  • Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
  • If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
