About the role
- Global Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for driving awareness of the Blue Owl brand and product offerings with financial advisors and high-net-worth clients, generating leads for sales, and supporting global fundraising initiatives.
- Product Marketing is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the Real Assets platform.
- This role will play a key part in developing product messaging, executing the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, and driving process enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product marketing initiatives across the Real Assets platform, including go-to-market efforts, messaging development, and positioning across global private wealth
- Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, brand-consistent marketing materials, including product presentations, factsheets, brochures, emails, and digital assets
- Manage ongoing updates (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) of performance, portfolio, and product materials across marketing channels, portals, and partner platforms
- Project manage across marketing, product strategy, portfolio specialists, accounting, and sales teams to deliver accurate and timely materials
- Partner closely with legal, compliance, digital, and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and regulatory adherence
- Develop and maintain case studies and content to support investment strategy storytelling across Real Assets
- Support broader wealth marketing initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion efforts, and campaign development
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and drive greater efficiency across the product marketing function
Requirements
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret and synthesize financial and portfolio data
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a financial advisor audience
- Self-starter with the ability to execute independently while contributing to broader team initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in alternatives, asset management, or wealth management (financial services experience strongly preferred)
- Experience in real assets (real estate, infrastructure, or private markets) preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- familiarity with data tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus
Compensation
- It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $100,000 to $115,000.
