About the role
- The product is the labor itself: the workers we match and deploy into warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the country (and eventually, the world).
- Every product decision impacts supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health.
- This role reports directly to our VP of Product.
Responsibilities
- Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions
- Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
- The position is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Requirements
- You've changed how you work because of AI, not just added it to your stack.
- You are comfortable navigating environments with regional operators, warehouse leadership, procurement processes, and layered customer organizations.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is set between $210,000 - $250,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations.

- We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Product Manager to own and evolve our staffing product that sits at the center of Traba's marketplace.
