About the role

This individual will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 continuous operation and security of critical infrastructure including all routine and preventive maintenance activities.
Your duties include working with onsite teams and overseeing day-to-day facility operations.
Oversee all personnel, hiring, discipline, and assessment of employees at the facilities, including, but not limited to, implementation of policies and procedures of the Company.

As a Site Lead, you will oversee and work with Datacenter Technicians to maintain a portion of our company's 40,000+ assets, facilities, and hosting partners to ensure that everything is safe and functional.
Obtain and maintain certification to operate equipment such as but not limited to fork lifts, personal lifts that are used regularly.

including, but not limited to, moving miners and other equipment used to service miners, such as testbenches, tools, pallets, etc.
Comfortable operating electrical breakers up to 480V Other duties as assigned.
