About the role
- Responsible for identifying and resolving quality-related problems.
- Assists other departments with tasks related to ensuring product quality.
- Provides or arranges for appropriate training of all employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and ensure the adherence to procedures and work instructions used to define and document the Quality Management System.
- Work with members of other departments to resolve in-house quality problems, implement new technology or tools, or implement other special projects.

- State-of-the-art equipment and tools to support your work
Requirements
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Assists Quality Manager as required.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Detail Oriented
- Self-Motivated and Driven
Skills
- Proficient in use of inspection equipment and tools.
- Must be able to read prints and drawings.
- Hours of work Required:
- Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
- Strong Communications/Interpersonal Skills
