Requirements
- The ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, and to travel without restriction to the United States.
- Any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position.
- To fly for CanWest Air, pilots must meet the following basic requirements:
- 200 hours of fixed wing flying time
- Previous IFR, multi-crew, and turbine time considered an asset
- Ability to pass the Transport Canada medical and visual acuity requirements for a Category 1 medical certificate
- Canadian Commercial Pilot License (CPL), current Group 1 (Multi-engine) Instrument Rating
- Canadian passport or permanent resident status
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, and to travel without restriction to the United States. Any required work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required is the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position.
- Valid Class 5 Driver License (or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Basic + CPR, or equivalent)
