About the role
- This role will help you to increase the knowledge in tax by working with different legal entities at the same time, working with different tax professionals and tax advisors.
- The candidate will deal with confidential and sensitive data and must ensure conformity with policies, procedures, and regulations of Bacardi and external government agencies.

Responsibilities
- Work with the BES in case information needs to be corrected or processes re-designed as necessary.
- Collaborate in the implementation of tax law changes and internal or external audits.
Requirements
- You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
- You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.
- Coordination with BES (internal shared service center) of any information required for the filings and ensuring that the information received from BES is correct for the purpose of the filings and returns.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with SAP is a must.
- Previous experience in Shared Services environment- preferred
- Must be fluent in English (another language is a plus)
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel) and MS SharePoint
- High level of attention to details with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences.

- Operate and orchestrate seamlessly within the matrix.
Skills
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Previous experience in tax filings-reporting- tax returns: 1-2 years at least.
- Previous accounting experience beyond tax: 1-2 years at least.
- Mexican tax filings experience: preferable.
