- Essential Functions
- Oversee launch planning, campaign development, communications, audience segmentation, execution, and performance measurement
- Oversee email marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing programs, SMS/MMS campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand positioning, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
- Oversee marketing strategy for promotions, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and major events
- Align marketing initiatives with company sales objectives, incentive programs, and growth strategies
