Responsibilities
- Perform basic tasks such as cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Support equipment inspections and help document findings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.
- Kimball Equipment is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Shop Technician to support shop operations by assisting with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of crushing, screening, and aggregate equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop setting.
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in heavy equipment repair.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous shop, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred.
