Our Senior Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for owning key elements of Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's global import and export compliance program and serving as a subject matter expert across the business.
This role operates with significant autonomy and sound judgment on complex, ambiguous issues.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance, this individual contributor role makes classification and origin determinations, leads the company's response to customs inquiries and audits, owns the duty drawback program, and identifies duty savings and risk mitigation opportunities across global trade operations.
It partners with sourcing, engineering, legal, and the business units as a trusted advisor, mentors junior team members, and strengthens the processes and controls that keep the company compliant with U.S. Customs (CBP), BIS, and international regulations.

Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large data sets; experience with a an ERP (Oracle) preferred.

Qualify goods under USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, issue certifications, and own the annual country of origin and FTA solicitation project.
