About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and own self-service dashboards and reporting across Wonder's supply chain product suite that drive performance improvement. Customers of these dashboards include Product Owners, Operations, Executive Leadership.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for new tools and workflows. Operationalize the new metrics, including calculation logic, data sources, business. Then measure launch quality, adoption, operational impact, and ongoing performance.
  • Build and maintain reliable analytical data models in BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent tools to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and scalable.
  • Experience developing analytical data models, semantic layers, dbt models, Looker Explores, or other reusable data assets that support consistent reporting across teams.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reporting suites, and self-service analytics tools in Looker or similar BI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, product analytics, operations analytics, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency with SQL and comfort independently writing complex queries against large-scale data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.
  • Experience with Python, product analytics, event tracking, experimentation, ML/AI, or LLM-enabled analytics workflows is a plus.

Compensation

  • $162,000-$170,000 per year.
  • Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
  • The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
