Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders and provide thoughtful, business-aligned HR advice
- Advise on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession, and team design
- Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver aligned and effective support
- Lead and support key people processes, including performance management, compensation, talent reviews, and career development
- Guide leaders through change by assessing impacts, supporting readiness, and building change leadership capability
- Support onboarding and integration efforts for new leaders and employees
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including time in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Experience working in partnership with HR COEs and Shared Services to deliver integrated HR support
- Experience supporting change, transformation, or organizational design initiatives is an asset
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
