This includes coordinating with the Venue Managers with opening and closing procedures, coordinating vendors, managing schedules, and helping the team stay organized and on track.

Daily Operations Support
Maintain accurate records of materials, work orders, and production outputs.
Support communication between departments to ensure seamless handoffs and information flow.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement needs with the supply chain team.
Monitor the daily flow of the space, providing real-time support across staffing, logistics, and guest-facing moments.
Vendor & Partner Coordination

2+ years of experience in event production, venue operations, or experiential activations
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments on site at our events
Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
Must be willing to travel as required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills and vendor coordination experience
Comfortable working in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
May sit for extended periods of time and work in drastic temperature climates.
