About the role
- Receives and records accurate demographic, financial and insurance information for all patients registered.
- Verifies all insurances in HDX system and determines the patient's financial responsibility amount via Recondo, the hospital insurance estimation tool.
- Requests and collects the patient responsibility amount at time of service, if applicable through our Patient Co application.
Requirements
- Reviews and explains hospital consent form and all required registration documents to patients, according to department scripting, in addition to securing patient signatures on forms.
