About the role

  • Evenings- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) - 3pm- 11:30pm
  • Starting Rate: $24.50 with potential for higher pay based on experience + $1.80 shift differential for Evenings
  • Provides crisis intervention training for Behavioral Health frontline staff.

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform therapeutic crisis intervention moves (TCI).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification and Active Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Certification within 90 days of hire, required.

Skills

  • Proficient with MSOffice,time management, and organization.
  • Demonstrates high level of initiative, clinical decision making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept in collaboration, and ability to relate effectively with all hospital staff.
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting within the past 3 years, required.
  • Experience in de-escalation and safety training, required.
  • Pediatric behavioral health experience, required.

Compensation
