About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and develop the core JVM framework and tooling
- Provide technical support and guidance to platform users
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to find solutions to best increase developer productivity
- Drive continuous improvement and continuous delivery in our software
- A solid understanding of API design and experience working on a platform team
- Experience developing features with Kotlin/JVM
- Experience developing and maintaining robust, scalable applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in large-scale or enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipeline
- Familiarity with Spring Boot
- The total cash range for this position in Austin is $119,000.00 to $166,500.00.
- Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $190,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
