About the role
- Location State(s) US-California-Palo Alto The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $20.77 to $38.08 per hour.
- Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
- Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
Responsibilities
- Support the localized implementation of internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
- P e r f o r m d a t a - a n a l y s i s on content performance to optimize reach and engagement.
- A udit current r e c r u i t i n g processes and output Standard Operating Procedure documents to standardize and improve team efficiency.
- Provide support for other people-related projects as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.
