Responsibilities
- Installation & Setup: Perform rack and stack, cabling, labeling, and power-up of networking equipment across various environments while following established standards and procedures
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve network issues involving routers, switches, and connectivity, escalating complex issues when needed
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and project leads to implement solutions and maintain consistent technical standards
- Customer Engagement: Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support and communicate status, issues, and resolutions clearly and professionally
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate configuration records and service documentation

- What You'll Need to Succeed
- DoW (DoD) Security Clearance required
- Proven, hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Aruba networking platforms in enterprise or DoD environments ( hands-on experience with Aruba strongly preferred)
- cabling, racking, stacking, power configuration
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Layer 1-3 technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commonly used network analysis and monitoring tools
