Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of all commercial CRM processes, including lead management, opportunity workflows, pipeline governance, forecasting, and automated tasking.
  • Design and maintain fields, forms, and data structures that support segmentation and analysis.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and governance.
  • Partner with IT on integrations, upgrades, and system performance.
  • Deliver dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Excel, and CRM analytics.
  • Build training materials and support CRM adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on segmentation, forecasting, campaign tracking, and KPI analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools..
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of business analysis, CRM administration, or commercial operations experience.
  • Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (required).
