This role combines advanced analytics, performance measurement, and cross-functional partnership to generate insights and recommendations that improve campaign ROI and enhance transparency into the true impact of our generosity investments.
Using your critical thinking skills, analytical mindset and technical capabilities, you will play a key role in the evolution of our generosity strategy.

Deliver Executive-level reporting that serves as the single source of truth for campaign performance and generosity spend, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into results
Develop a deep understanding of how we distribute generosity, both strategically and operationally, and how we experiment to advance our understanding of the impact of our generosity spend
Act as a thought partner and collaborate closely with Generosity Data Science and other teams to evolve how we measure, assess and communicate the effectiveness of generosity spend
Plan and manage project timelines with precision, ensuring detailed accuracy and consistent coordination with key Stakeholders
Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively identify areas for improvement, and support their strategic objectives

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
Minimum of 3+ years of previous Analytics Experience
Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience

Advanced knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (Tableau would be a plus)
Strong knowledge of at least one statistical or programming language a plus, ideally Python
Knowledge of sports is a plus

Take responsibility to learn the necessary skills and techniques, in order to work with independence, integrity and accuracy
Strong data driven storytelling and data visualization skills
