About the role

  • This role combines advanced analytics, performance measurement, and cross-functional partnership to generate insights and recommendations that improve campaign ROI and enhance transparency into the true impact of our generosity investments.
  • Using your critical thinking skills, analytical mindset and technical capabilities, you will play a key role in the evolution of our generosity strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Executive-level reporting that serves as the single source of truth for campaign performance and generosity spend, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into results
  • Develop a deep understanding of how we distribute generosity, both strategically and operationally, and how we experiment to advance our understanding of the impact of our generosity spend
  • Act as a thought partner and collaborate closely with Generosity Data Science and other teams to evolve how we measure, assess and communicate the effectiveness of generosity spend
  • Plan and manage project timelines with precision, ensuring detailed accuracy and consistent coordination with key Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively identify areas for improvement, and support their strategic objectives

Requirements

  • In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of previous Analytics Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

  • Advanced knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (Tableau would be a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of at least one statistical or programming language a plus, ideally Python
  • Knowledge of sports is a plus

Skills

  • Take responsibility to learn the necessary skills and techniques, in order to work with independence, integrity and accuracy
  • Strong data driven storytelling and data visualization skills
