About the role

We're hiring an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team at Cyberhaven, based in Austin, TX or Mountain View, CA.
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving top-of-funnel pipeline for a cutting-edge, highly technical product that's redefining data loss prevention and insider risk.
You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospects at some of the world's most innovative companies.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the sales pipeline by understanding prospect needs and uncovering pain points
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and develop effective campaigns
Maintain accurate records and engagement activities in CRM and sales engagement tools
Consistently build and nurture a strong early-stage pipeline
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on qualifying complex buying cycles and building early pipeline
A collaborative team player who works well with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience

Skilled communicator - both written and verbal with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer pain points through research and discovery

Have 6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product, cybersecurity experience is a plus
