About the role
- The Recruiter will play a critical role in delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring results that support our Wisconsin Manufacturing facilities.
- This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles - partnering closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent aligned to our workforce needs and company values.
- You'll build strong relationships with business partners, develop creative sourcing strategies, and drive a seamless candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to deliver against hiring needs.
- Maintain recruiting processes, documentation, and systems in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Utilize ATS (Workday) and sourcing platforms to manage pipelines, track activity, and engage candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
