About the role
- The Field Analytics and Reporting Lead will be responsible for key field analytics projects, KPI and reporting design including developing key insights to drive our business strategy, specifically our brand execution strategy.
- This individual will also partner closely with Brand Analytics team, and work at the direction of the Head, Field Analytics & Reporting, on large scale proactive analytics questions with potential to impact across multiple therapeutic areas.
- This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying areas of opportunity to drive greater business impact through our field strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out unified reporting platform for Headquarters (HQ) / Field and be an expert in advanced visualizations of data
- Ability to innovate on business intelligence platforms and embed gen AI with ease to create an insights layer on top of existing and new dashboards
- Connect KPI design with field and HQ audience and propose frameworks that are simple and actionable to key partnering functions
- Gather and analyze data and build insights to respond to execution or performance challenges in a franchise, or to inform franchise leadership on the current go to market strategy and field deployment approaches.
- Proactively identify qualitative and quantitative data gaps that prevent key insights from being developed, work with appropriate stakeholders to propose solutions to those data gaps to drive increased ability to develop key insights.
- Understanding of roles that support pharmaceutical field strategy
Requirements

- 5+ years Commercial, Field Analytics and Reporting
- Experience with future launch analysis
