Support financial planning and business visibility.
Build and improve the budgets, forecasts, and operating models that support company decision-making.
Partner closely with functional leaders to track KPIs, understand performance, and turn data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
Build operational rigor into the finance function.
Be a high-leverage analytical partner.
Tackle a wide range of business problems - from evaluating hiring plans to analyzing marketing efficiency to building dashboards and self-serve reporting.
Track record of working cross-functionally to improve processes, build scalable workflows, and support better decision-making.
If we're successful, we'll make it easier and faster to build critical physical infrastructure - roads, bridges, utilities, data centers, housing, etc.

2-6 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, consulting, banking, analytics, or operating roles at a high-growth company.
Experience solving ambiguous business problems using structured thinking, strong business judgment, and data-driven analysis.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, automation, or lightweight workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.
