About the role

  • Staff Advisors seasonal schedule is from May 31st to August 9th.
  • Thousand Pines is a 240 acre site located in the beautiful San Bernardino national Forest at an elevation of 5,000 feet.
  • Although Thousand Pines is surrounded by a great natural beauty and great recreational opportunities, our primary goal is to see our campers come to know, in a real and personal way, the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Advisors will lead, encourage, and nurture Thousand Pines Ministries Team members in support of their weekly work assignments, social group activities, and spiritual group activities.
  • Lead, encourage, and nurture Thousand Pines employees

Requirements

  • Associates degree or better, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work well with people under a variety of circumstances
  • Reliability, ability to work independently
  • Ability to accept guidance and supervision
  • Ability to act professionally
