Responsibilities
- Own candidate communications end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience throughout
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving
- Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)
- Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record-keeping
- Provide operational support to the People team as needed
- You'll also support day-to-day internal operations to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or a comparable system)
- Exceptional organizational skills - you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, professional communicator in writing and in person
- Relentlessly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced startup environment
- Able to work in-office 5 days/week in San Mateo
