Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain expense models used for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Create and distribute monthly expense reports and provide insights to budget owners and leadership.
- Partner with business stakeholders to answer questions related to expenses, forecasts, budgets, and financial performance.
- Perform account reconciliations and support monthly accounting entries.
- Support vendor billing reconciliation activities with key media and production partners.
- Maintain and enhance expense management databases and reporting tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, accounting support, budgeting, forecasting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (primary tool used in this role).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
Nice to have
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes.
- Familiarity with database tools such as Quickbase (training provided).
- Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise financial systems (training provided).
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, balance sheets, and financial statements.
- Work on a highly collaborative team with exceptional stability and low turnover.
- Gain exposure to financial planning, forecasting, expense management, and business partnership activities.
- Learn industry-leading tools and systems, including Quickbase and SAP.

Compensation
- Compensation offered for this role is 53,500.00 - 84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
