About the role
- Collaborating with product, enablement, and engineering teams, you will turn complex technical concepts into high-quality videos, self-paced courses, and interactive labs.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and produce new eLearning content, including videos, self-paced courses, exercise labs, and product demonstrations.
- Certification Management: Help maintain and evolve BigID University's certification programs to ensure rigorous, high-quality evaluation.
- AI Fluency: Proven experience integrating generative AI tools into the content development lifecycle to optimize production speed.
Requirements
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve), LMS platforms, and digital media software (Camtasia, Synthesia).
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve), LMS platforms, and digital media software (Camtasia, Synthesia).
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of professional experience in data privacy and security domains, ideally in a hands-on role, consulting or business process implementation.
Skills
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to easily interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- 2+ years content writing experience, including static slides and hands-on exercises.
- Demonstrable experience as an eLearning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer in an industry domain.

Compensation
- The annual base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000.
- Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy.
