About the role
- This role is fully remote, with the expectation that the candidate is based in Tallahassee, FL or within a one-hour commute.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations
- Act as primary client contact and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections and manage to set scope, budget timelines, and priorities
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making both internally and externally
- Maintain detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery while keeping all stakeholders informed of status, risks, tradeoffs
- Support PMO standards, reporting, and governance
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of improved internal processes, templates, and standards
- Own and drive cross-departmental initiatives that advance the Professional Services organization's scalability and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to align on delivery standards and improve the customer journey
Requirements
- 4+ years SaaS or implementation PM experience
- Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Accelo, Jira, etc.)

- You must be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, department heads, and technical project leads, while also knowing product functionality.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple sets of stakeholders, and brings a strong mix of execution rigor and relationship management.
