About the role
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or 7:30am to 4pm.
- The Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department.
- Obtains pre certifications and/or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
Responsibilities
- Position will support both Cardiology outpatient offices in East Norriton and Lansdale.
- The PSA II supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients and visitors to maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
