About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures, including maintaining employee handbooks. Provide recommendations to policy or procedure changes accordingly.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state and federal employment law keeping the HR team apprised of any changes.

  • As a Senior HR Generalist at Invenergy, you will support a multi-state population of 1,000+ employees in all areas of Human Resources such as employee relations, policy development and application, performance management, employment law compliance, and department development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar position
  • Experience leading complex investigations
  • Strong working knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and practices
  • Proficiency using HRIS systems and Microsoft suite
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Compensation

  • 95,000.00 - 118,000.00 USD Annual
  • The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
  • Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
  • In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
