Perform site and tenant inspections.
Assist in handling building operator, operations & security inquiries in regards to the retail areas.
Maintain and keep accurate all tenancy information relating to address, phone numbers, contact information, insurance, parking and utilities into the property management/accounting computer systems.
Maintain and keep up to date building information data.

Reporting to the Property Manager, and as this is a newly constructed property, we are building a team with the same level of excellence in mind.

College or University Degree in a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the property management industry with administrative and financial responsibilities.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
Responsiveness and an ability to anticipate client needs and commit to respond in agreed timeframes.
An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills, with a good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
RPA designation completed or in progress an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to build relationships.
Experience in accounting, budgeting and building systems.
Demonstrates resilience, passion and commitment to deliver and be accountable for results.
