About the role

  • About Bathica Bathica is a division of EMCO Corporation and serves as a master distributor supporting EMCO's HVAC business across Canada.
  • Our team works behind the scenes to help ensure EMCO locations have access to the HVAC equipment, parts, and products they need to serve local contractors all across Canada.
  • Our warehouse and operations teammates play an important role in receiving, handling, organizing, and shipping products accurately and safely.

Compensation

  • $50k-$65k

  • College and/or University degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Excel is required.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skill
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Experience with HVAC products (AC, heat pump, etc.) strongly preferred but not required.
